My work centers around the following areas:

The session, lasting 60 to 90 minutes, is conducted online for your comfort. The aim of the session is to find the root cause of your situation on the energetic plane and heal this imbalance.

Each session is a full and complete process, but the overall healing  takes place in layers and stages. I could compare it to cleansing of the house with a garden - your organism is not able to integrate and process all at once - you will not clean all rooms, the attic, the cellar, and the garden in one go. Rebuilding your life and yourself is a journey. After the session, energy integration lasts about 3 weeks.

Reiki is the Japanese art of natural healing with universal life energy.

This energy is all around us, omnipresent and widely available, which is why a Reiki practitioner does not transmit their energy, but can be like a lens or a clear transmission channel and focus this universal life force energy in the client's field so that the body itself takes in sufficient amounts of it and begins to heal.

Through intuitive painting, we tap into the natural power of human creativity and connect with the world of the subconscious. This allows us to let go of our emotions, uncover hidden programs, patterns, and shape ourselves and the world around us.

I work on an energetic and spiritual level, supporting you in the healing and transformation process. Please note that sessions with me do not replace psychotherapy, medical advice, or a doctor's diagnosis. Each session is conducted with the intention of your highest good and with full respect for your unique path.

I believe in a holistic approach – healing is a process that involves the body, mind, and spirit. Working with me will open the doors to deep changes, but you are the key to bringing them into your life here and now – you hold the power to your own healing.
